Design of HVAC Systems for 320,000 SF High Performance State Model School.
Design included numerous indoor air quality and energy saving measures including but not limited to dedicated outdoor air systems and displacement classroom ventilation.
District 3 Operations Center
Massachusetts Department of Transportation
Design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Suppression Systems for 60,000 SF 5-story Administrative Operations Center.

Design included numerous features to achieve near Net Zero energy rating including but not limited to the use of no fossil fuels, high efficiency variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat pumps, dedicated outdoor air systems and extensive demand ventilation control throughout.
Holy Cross Contemplative Center
College of the Holy Cross
Design of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Suppression Systems for 30,000 SF multi-story Retreat & Contemplative Center.
Design included numerous features including on-site potable and fire suppression water storage and distribution systems, commercial kitchen and dining facilities and high efficiency variable refrigerant flow (VRF) heat pumps.
